If you have been arrested in Burlington, your charges will be dealt with and your case will be heard at the coutrhouse located at 2021 Plains Road East for Criminal Youth and Ontario Court of Justice (Provincial Court) matters.  Superior Court matters will be dealt with at the courthouse located at 491 Steeles Avenue East in Milton.
